Shipping policy

At Sunkissed by Kel, every order is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped with intention. Because many of our products are handmade in small batches, please allow processing time before shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note:

  • During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
  • Custom products, made-to-order items, and event-related orders may require additional processing time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently ship through trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • Other available regional carriers

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Local Delivery & Pickup

Local pickup or delivery may be available for select events, pop-ups, or local customers in the Hampton Roads/757 area when announced.

Additional details will be provided at checkout if available.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

Sunkissed by Kel is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
  • Returned packages due to address errors

If a package is returned, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Sunkissed by Kel is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier if necessary

We are happy to assist with providing tracking information when possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Some products, including body butters, oils, candles, and whipped products, may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures.

While product performance is typically unaffected, texture changes can occur due to heat exposure during shipping.
